Republic won both duals Tuesday night in a triangular with Rogersville and Willard.
Republic opened with a 60–24 win over Rogersville. The Tigers won eight contested varsity bouts and added two forfeits. Shelby Horton (132), Keaton Overcast (144), Abel Shade (150), Kaiden Patterson (157), Kameron Sutton (165), Izaiah Hull (175), Ethan Montiel (215), and Brennan Bird (285) all won by fall. Republic also picked up forfeits at 113 and 120.
Republic followed with a 52–24 win over Willard. The Tigers won six contested matches and added four forfeits. Coy Crihfield (113), Isaac Crowley (138), and Kameron Sutton (165) earned falls, while Brennan Bird closed the dual with a major decision at heavyweight. Bentley Packwood (126) and Abel Shade (150) added decision wins. Republic also received forfeits at 106, 120, 144, and 190.
