Addie Brown delivered a fantastic offensive performance in Republic’s 9–6 win at Webb City. She hit two home runs—including a grand slam—added a double, scored three times, and drove in seven of Republic’s nine runs, finishing one RBI shy of the school record of eight set by Mara Lakey in 2021.
Her first home run, a two-run shot in the fourth inning, gave Republic its first lead of the night. Her second, a grand slam to straightaway center in the fifth, broke a 5–5 tie and put the Lady Tigers in control for good.
Brown also doubled earlier in the game, driving in the first Republic run of a three-run third inning that erased an early 3–0 deficit.
