Miha and Misora Nambara both finished in the top ten at the Central Ozark Conference cross country meet in Nixa. Miha Nambara finished third with a time of 19:19.67. Misora was sixth, with a time of 20:09.76.
Among the other Republic girls runners, Jasmyn Douglas finished 22nd at 21:44.03, and Kristin Probst was 35th at 22:26.18.
In the boys race, Ethan Haynes was Republic’s top finisher. He completed the course in 17:48.71, placing 31st. Cooper Davis was 36th at 17:53.56. Derrick Buchanan (63rd), Brady Purcell, Jackson Haralson, Jacob Haralson, and Logan Gray rounded out Republic’s competitors in the varsity race.
