After losing two of three doubles matches to start the night, Republic stormed back to win five of six singles matches to beat Monett 6-3. Four of the six singles matches went to tiebreakers, and Republic won all four.
The Lady Tigers continued their solid play at the top of the lineup, with Danielle Hopkins and Michaela Moore each winning singles, in addition to combining for a doubles victory. Hopkins needed a tiebreaker to win her match 9-8. Moore won her singles match 8-3, and they won their doubles match 8-2.
