The Republic Lady Tigers golf team had a rough start to the season, but still managed to snag 4th place in their first tournament of the year at Silo Ridge in Bolivar.
Baylee Rayl squeaked into the medal spots with an 8th-place finish and a score of 90. Bailey Cornelison shot a 103 and Haley Smith shot a 105. Emma and Caroline Blanford finished with scores of 114 and 116 respectively.
Republic returns to the links Thursday at the Ozark Ladies Invitational in Ozark.
