The steady improvement of the Republic girls wrestling program took another big step forward last week when the Lady Tigers topped Bolivar in a dual. It was the first dual win for Republic girls wrestling in the program’s young history.
In the decisive match of the night, Aara Shade clinched the victory with her first-ever match win. With victories by Shade, Shanks, and Neveah Ghan, every wrestler on the team has won at least one match this season.
