The shortage of officials has hit the Republic football schedule for this fall. Republic’s Week 2 game at Ozark, originally scheduled for Friday, September 1, will be played on Thursday, August 31. That game was one of several caught in the shortage of officials, and a random drawing resulted in the game being rescheduled. Republic’s other games will remain on Friday as planned.
