As the Lady Tigers prepare to resume conference play, they’re riding a four-game winning streak. Two of those wins are against teams ranked first in their respective classes. First was a 64-47 victory over Arkansas Class 1 #1 Norfork. The latest win was a 55-52 win over Class 3 #1 Strafford at home.
In January, Republic is 5-2, and both of those losses occurred when the team was missing at least one starter because of illness.
Republic is 12-5 overall. The Lady Tigers step back into conference play tonight with a home game against Branson, and they’ll visit Neosho for a makeup game Tuesday.
