The number of career saves made by Republic goalkeeper Drake Lightfoot. Only six Missouri goalkeepers are listed with more career saves on the MSHSAA website. Lightfoot has stopped 136 goals this year so far (through last week's game at Rolla). He racked up 194 saves last year, 113 as a sophomore, and 28 as a freshman.

The number of offensive yards per game by the Republic football team this season through seven games. The Tigers have out-gained their opponents collectively 2,558 yards to 1,821. Last season, the offense averaged about 330 yards per game.

The number of triples, home runs, and runs batted in by EmmaLee Essary this season. Essary, a junior, leads the team in all three categories. She also leads the team with an .880 slugging percentage. Essary knocked in the winning runs last night after Joplin walked Mara Lakey to pitch to her with two outs.

The number of total yards gained by the Carl Junction offense in the entire second half last week. For the game, Republic's defense made 12 tackles behind the line of scrimmage, including three quarterback sacks. It was the first time 17 games the Tiger defense did not allow a touchdown.
