The high school tennis program will hold a camp for middle school students on May 13 and May 17, after school from 3:00 to 4:30. The camp is for current Republic Middle School students at the JR Martin Park tennis courts. There is no registration fee, and participants will get a free camp T-shirt. The purpose of the camp is to introduce students to the came of tennis.
Players can bring their own rackets, but rackets will be available to borrow for those who don’t have their own.
Republic High School coaches, current high school players, and MSU player-alum Jim Nacy will be coaching the clinic.
The camp is sponsored by the Stephen Nacy Foundation. For more information, contact high school coach Dan Vales (dan.vales@republicschools.org).
