Republic soccer rebounded from an overtime loss to Carthage with a non-conference win at home Thursday, 4-1 over Webb City.
The Tigers had been scheduled to play Springfield Central, but Central had to postpone the game, and Webb City agreed to fill the hole in the schedule. The two teams will meet again in Conference play on October 6 at Webb City, as scheduled.
The Tigers got goals from Philip Mason (2) , Marco Donjuan, and Ethan Meyer.
Republic improves to 5-6.
