Halli Bartelsmeyer was around the Lady Tigers’ basketball program a lot longer than most players. She was a manager and water girl for the 2012 state champions when her older sister, Kayla, was part of the team. Seven years later, she helped lead Republic back to the Show-Me Showdown. And she earned All-State recognition along the way.
Republic has recognized Bartelsmeyer for her all-state basketball career with a plaque that will hang alongside the plaques of other RHS greats through the years.
Bartelsmeyer led the Lady Tigers in scoring her senior season, averaging 13.3 points per game. She made 52 three-pointers to lead the team, and she was second on the team in assists, with 42. Bartelsmeyer was also a steadying influence on the floor on a relatively young team, helping Republic to finish fourth in Class 5 during her senior season.
