Republic wrestling ended up on the short end of a home triangular against Branson and Springfield Central Tuesday night. Branson beat Republic 49-27 and Springfield Central won 42-25.
In the dual against Branson, four Tigers won their matches. Gabe Hesington defeated Jason Browning by pin, Michael Taylor pinned Domingo Recinos, Jonathan O’Connell won a decision against Caden Lorenz, and Wyatt George pinned Anthony Cornett.
Against Central, Reese Lawler, Taylor, O’Connell, and Conner Visio won their matches.
