Thursday was a record-breaking night for Republic. The 7th grade 4×100 relay team of Haylee Spinabella, Lauren O’Hara, Kennedy Shadwick and Avylina Powell-Qualo (above) beat the 2006 school record by one second tonight.
And for pole vaulter Haven Lander, it was a third record-breaking night of the season. Lander shattered her old record of 10’2″, set earlier this season, when she cleared 10’6″ in the pole vault competition at Bolivar.
