Ghan’s goal came off an assist from Isaiah Redman in the eighth minute. The Tigers kept the pressure on for the rest of the half, outshooting Parkview 12-5 for the night and putting seven shots on goal.
The second goal came just before halftime. Maddox Aldridge finished off a pass from Dylan Garrison with less than a minute left in the half, sending Republic into the break up 2-0.
Aldridge was a constant threat all night, leading the Tigers with four shots, three of them on goal.
