Republic finished the regular season with a dominant win at Parkview on Thursday, sweeping the Vikings 25–10, 25–8, 25–6. The Lady Tigers end their regular season with a win streak of seven matches heading into the postseason.
Reese Finley led the Lady Tigers with 10 kills and added nine digs. Kate Mitchell had four blocks. Bria Claxton served six aces, and Chloe Pullan recorded 21 assists to lead the offense.
Republic’s freshman and JV teams also won in straight sets. The victory improved the Lady Tigers’ record to 16–10–1 as they look ahead to district play. They’ll open against Carthage at 6:30 p.m. on October 22.
