The Lady Tigers soccer team will open district play May 11th with a high noon showdown against Central Ozark Conference rival Ozark. Republic is seeded fourth and Ozark fifth in the upcoming Class 4 District 5 tournament to be played at Republic.
Nixa is the top seed and will face #8 Neosho at 10 am. Second-seeded Kickapoo will play #7 Joplin at 2:00 pm. Number three seed Glendale will square off against #6 Carthage at 4:00 pm.
The semifinals will be played May 15. The winner of the Republic/Ozark match will likely face Nixa in the 5:00 match.
The district championship match is set for May 20.
