Alaina Norman and Gracie Troester fell short of the medal stand in the javelin and the 800m run, respectively.
Norman’s third throw was 36.80 meters, good enough for 12th overall in Class 5. Troester’s time in the 800m run was 2:20.21, about three seconds off her previous best time.
Both Norman and Troester have two more events remaining this weekend.
