Shout-Out to Performance 14-1

What a fun weekend of volleyball! We came in first place in the silver bracket and fifth overall out of 30 teams at the Heart Challenge Cup volleyball tournament in Kansas City. Had a great time and so proud of these girls.

Shout-Out to Gold Medal Gyms Xcel Program

The Bronze, Silver and Gold levels won as a team at the Missouri State Championship!

The silver level was undefeated for the 2023-24 season.

The gold level was undefeated for the 2023-24 season.

14 gymnasts were all around champions at the State championships.
