Republic’s Rilynn Finley has won a spot on the Class 5 All-State Volleyball team. Finley set single-season Republic records in digs, kills, and hitting percentage. Her 5.5 kills per set was second in the state in Class 5, according to Maxpreps.
Finley also earned all-Central Ozark Conference and all-District honors, and several of her teammates joined her on those teams. Alaina Norman was a first-team all-COC selection alongside Finley. Brooklyn Claxton — who set a school record for assists in a two-setter offense this season — made the all-conference second team. Addison Fanning earned honorable mention.
Norman and Finley were also first team all-district choices. Claxton made the all-district second team. Fanning and Reese Frey were all-district honorable mention selections.
