Republic returned to the win column in the Central Ozark Conference (COC) with a straight-set win at Webb City Thursday, 25-15, 25-21, 25-16.
Rilynn Finley led the Lady Tigers with 20 kills. Alaina Norman had eight. Reese Finley and Addison Fanning added five apiece.
Lexi Mitchell and Finley led the defense with 12 digs each. Finley also contributed three blocks at the net.
Brooklyn Claxton had three service aces. Reese Frey led the team in assists, with 21. Claxton added 18 assists.
The JV team won in straight sets, 25-18, 25-23. The freshman team dropped its match 10-25, 25-18, 13-15.
Republic’s win improves its record to 21-5. The Lady Tigers host Branson next Tuesday, followed by a Thursday home match against Carthage on Senior Night.
