In one of the biggest matches of the year so far, Rilynn Finley showed why she’s one of the most-watched volleyball players in southwest Missouri. Against Carl Junction (16-4 at the time), Finley put up big numbers. She led the Lady Tigers in four statistical categories, piling up 26 kills, four blocks, 17 digs, and two service aces.
The win was the first in the regular season over Carl Junction since 2012. It extended Republic’s winning streak to eight matches. (The streak currently stands at 10.)
