Noah Marshall and Reece Mason both earned individual points during Republic swim’s recent meet in Springfield. Marshall earned 22 points and Mason 14.
Marshall turned in Republic’s top finish of the night in the 100-yard backstroke, finishing third with a time of 1:04.70. He was also fifth in the 200-yard individual medley.
Mason finished sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:25.09. He was eighth in the 200-yard freestyle, finishing in 2:42.19.
Two other team members turned in personal bests, including Simon Greek, who shaved 2.72 seconds off his previous best in the 100-yard freestyle. Noah Higgins improved his previous best time in the 100-yard freestyle by more than 13 seconds.
