Joplin scored three unanswered goals to come from behind and beat Republic 3-2 on the Tigers’ home field Tuesday. Santino Stiglianese scored twice on penalty kicks to give Republic an early lead, but Joplin evened the score before halftime and scored the game-winner early in the second half on a penalty kick of its own.
Republic falls to 1-3 this season, 0-1 in the Central Ozark Conference.
