The Republic volleyball team be trying to defend its tournament title when it opens its season at the 16-team Branson Invitational on August 26. The Lady Tigers are in a pool with Parkview, Southwest Christian Academy (SCA), and Reeds Spring.

The Lady Tigers play Reeds Spring at 8 am, face SCA at 10 am, and finish pool play against Parkview at 12:15 pm.
The top two teams from each pool will advance to the gold bracket in the afternoon.
