The number of seconds Gracie Troester has shaved off the school record in the 3200m run this season. Troester didn’t even own the record until April 10. Since that time, she has steadily gotten faster so that the current record stands at 11:16.85.

The number of individual event titles won by Zion Allen through May 1. Allen won the high jump four times and the high jump four times in that span. He captured the title in both events at four different meets: the Republic Classic, the Jason Pyrah Invitational at Willard, the SBU large-school Invitational, and the Republic Classic.

4:10.29

The best time by the 4x400m girls relay team, turned in at the SBU Invitational. That time is the best by a COC relay team so far this season. Gracie Woods, Alaina Norman, Molly Mason and Kristin Probst ran in that race.

10.88

The triple-jump distance turned in by Jenna Belcher at the Republic Relays. That’s her personal-best distance, and it’s good enough to rank first among Central Ozark Conference competitors through the end of April.

11.48

The shot put distance by Alaina Norman during the Republic Relays. Norman’s throw was the longest of any COC competitor so far this spring.
