Four Republic football players have earned a spot on the academic all-state team recognized by the Missouri Football Coaches Association. Republic’s four honorees are all juniors — Kanon Krol, Myles Lozano, Carter Nation, and Caide White.
To earn a spot on the team, players must meet two of three criteria: a minimum score on the ACT or SAT, at least a 3.5 grade point average (non-weighted), and in the top 20% of his class. Honorees must also be starters.
