Repmo Lands Three Top-10 Finishes at COC Cross Country

Three Republic runners finished in the top ten at the COC Cross Country meet in Nixa. Gracie Troester was the top finisher for Republic, taking second place with a personal-best time of 19:00.63. Only Abigail Street of Webb City was faster, winning the COC title. Kristin Probst was also in the top 10 in the girls race, finishing seventh.

In the boys race, Brady Purcell finished in ninth place. He ran his race in a personal-best time of 16:27.32. Cooper Davis finished 18th, Joey Mullins was 33rd, William Payne and Kaisei Wilcutt were 36th and 37th, respectively. Dak Henning and Hayden Mitchell also competed for Republic.

In the girls race, in addition to Troester and Probst, Misora Nambara finished 13th, with Brooklyn Douglas and Kennidy Verheyen finishing 30th and 31st, respectively.

Nixa won both the boys and girls races. In the girls race, they did it without a top-10 finish, but with five runners between 10th and 16th place for a total of 63 points. Ozark was second, with 78. Republic finished third, with 83 team points.
