Bryce Martin was the top points-earner for Republic’s swim team at the Labor Day Preview meet Thursday in Springfield. Martin finished tied for second in the 200 yard individual medley (2:17.21), and sixth in the 100 yard backstroke (1:04.19).
Brady Lewis finished in fifth place in both of his events. He finished the 100 yard butterfly in 1:01.10, and the 100 yard backstroke in 1:03.34, just ahead of Martin.
Seth Lock also finished fifth in one race, the 50-yard freestyle, with a time of 24.40.
