Republic has finished in the top four at each of its first two varsity golf tournaments to start the spring season. The Tigers were fourth at Bolivar, with a team score of 362, out of 19 total teams. They finished fourth at Marshfield Tuesday out of 16 schools competing, with a team score of 368.
At Bolivar, Griffin Frey was Republic’s top finisher with a score of 80. That was good for third place overall.
At Marshfield, Tyson Young shot an 87, tying him for ninth individually.
