Republic rebounded from a loss to Branson earlier in the week with a lopsided win at Carthage Thursday. After the Tigers lost on the road at Branson 8-1, they flipped the score with an 8-1 win at Carthage.
Against Carthage, Republic won all three doubles matches, then won five of six singles matches. The only loss of the day was in a tiebreaker.
Republic is 5-4 overall and 3-1 in the Central Ozark Conference. The JV team won 15-0.
The Tigers are back in action next Tuesday against Willard.
