Wide receiver Landon Porter has been Republic’s top deep threat all season long, but he proved last Friday that he’s able to make a big play from anywhere on the field. In the Tigers’ game against Branson, he not only had a 59-yard reception (and 83 total receiving yards), he also had a 65-yard touchdown run.
Over Republic’s last two games, Porter has 280 total yards and three touchdowns, and he’s heating up as the Tigers enter district play this Friday.
