Miha Nambara ran one of the best races of her career at the challenging course at Ha Ha Tonka State Park this weekend, finishing seventh in a field of 223 runners at the Camdenton Laker Invitational. Nambara finished the course in 19:21.39, less than a second off the personal-best pace she set in winning the Willard Highline Invitational earlier this year.
Freshman Misora Nambara also managed a top-25 finish, as well. She finished 24th overall with a time of 20:04.83. She was the third-fastest freshman on the course.
Ethan Haynes ran the race in 17:12.93 to record the Republic boys’ fastest finish.
