Republic’s Miha Nambara captured the championship of her team’s home meet last week, winning the Republic Invitational with a time of 18:47.95. Misora Nambara was fourth, Jasmyn Douglas was seventh, and Kristin Probst was tenth to round out the top ten.
Ethan Haynes was Republic’s top finisher in the boys race, finishing in 16:42.91. Cooper Davis finished sixth.
