Sophomore Ella Tattershall had been in a slump at the plate, but Saturday, she broke out of it in style. Tattershall went 3-for-3 with a home run (see video at 1:33:20) and two runs scored, helping the Lady Tigers beat Rogersvillle 8-5 in a midday game.
Kaitlyn Ragsdale was 2-for-2 with a walk, scoring three runs and stealing two more bases to give her 15 in seven games.
Mara Lakey was 2-for-3 at the plate and pitched five innings to pick up the win. Avery Romans pitched the final two innings to get the save.
