The Republic softball teams have joined volleyball on the sidelines for the next couple of weeks because of quarantines related to COVID-19. According to a release by the school district, 22 students and two district employees associated with the softball program are quarantined.
This weekend’s games in the Fall Festival Tournament have been canceled. Other games are being postponed for a date outside the two-week quarantine window.
Sept.. 10 – Away vs Carl Junction – Make up date is Oct. 5
Sept. 11-12 – Fall Festival Tournament – Will not be made up
Sept. 15 – Home vs Branson – Make up date is TBA
Sept. 17 – Home vs Carthage – Make up date is TBA
Sept. 19 – (JV only) Home vs Nixa and Kickapoo – will not be made up
Sept. 21 – Home vs Kickapoo – Make up date is TBA
Sept. 22 – Away vs Willard – Make up date is Sept. 23
