Clara Fronabarger finished sixth and Regan Holmes finished tied for 13th at the Marshfield Tournament Tuesday. Fronabarger and Holmes were both coming off career-best rounds in the opening tournament of the year.
As a team, Republic shaved 27 strokes off its score from last week, finishing with a total of 400. Lena Mais shot a 113, Riley Gipson turned in a 118, and Taygan Rogers finished at 126.
Republic returns to the course next Thursday at the Willard Tournament.
