Republic dropped two home duals Tuesday to Carl Junction and Marshfield. Against the Bulldogs in the first dual of the night, open weights made the difference in a 42-34 decision in Carl Junction’s favor. Republic winners were Gabe Hesington, Isaiah Madson, Jonathan O’Connell, Isaac Collyott, and Wyatt George.
Marshfield beat Republic 53-30. Hesington, O’Connell, Connor Sandridge, and Wyatt George won their matches. O’Connell’s wins run his record this season to 38-0.
