Seth Lock became the first Republic swimmer to compete in the 500 this week.3The number of outs achieved in a single play by the Lady Tigers against West Plains. It was the first triple play in recent memory for Republic softball.8The number of Republic runners who achieved personal bests at the Camdenton Laker invitational. Seven boys set new personal records, along with Miha Nambara, who earned another medal in the girls race.515The number of total yards by Lucas Hayes in the Tigers’ game at Ozark. Hayes passed for 299, rushed for 205, and even caught an 11 yard pass from Claye White.7The number of years since Republic had won a girls team tennis district championship – before this season. Republic knocked off Webb City to earn the title and advance to state sectionals next week.
