The Lady Tigers tennis team won its second straight match to open the season, sweeping Neosho 9-0 at home Tuesday. Two of their nine victories were shutouts: Kaitlyn Snyder won her singles match 8-0, and Carly McAtee and Hannah Morgan teamed to win their doubles match 8-0.

Destini Brooks and Heather Gari got the varsity #3 doubles start, winning their first match 8-1. Republic improves to 2-0 overall and 2-0 in the Central Ozark Conference.
The Lady Tigers will be back in action Thursday against Carl Junction at 4 pm.
