Off the Field: District Solo/Ensemble Festival

Each week, we’ll step Off the Field to take a closer look at some of the Republic students who are competing in non-sports activities. Talk to her about how you can save money by combining your home and auto insurance.Four Republic High School students will lead the way to the State Music Festival, having qualified in three different events. Katie Groves, Blake Hutcheson, Megan Sly, and Hannah Wells will all participate in three events at the state competition, based on their ratings at the District Solo/Ensemble Festival at Springfield Glendale. Forty-one Republic students in all qualified for at least one event.
Eight students (Rachel Berry, Noah Brous, Steven Brymer, Grace Cremeans, Ashton Lairmore, Caylie Moore, Jake Parker, and Sam Tolliver) qualified for state in two events.
