A new-look Lady Tigers tennis squad went on the road and picked up a win at Monett Monday night. Facing a short-handed Monett team, coach Eric Hanson gave his usual varsity lineup a night off. The replacements came up big, winning 8-1. (See photos below.)
“It was a good win for us tonight against Monett,” Hanson says. “(It’s) great experience for some of our up-and-coming players. The girls kept the mistakes down and played aggressive tennis.”
The Lady Tigers are now 9-1 this season.
