Republic finished third in the Central Ozark Golf Tournament held at Briarbrook Golf Course in Carl Junction Thursday. The Lady Tigers shot a 388 as a team, six strokes behind second-place Nixa. Carl Junction, playing on its home course, shot a 349 to win the championship.
Katie Hamilton led Republic with an 87, good for fourth overall. Alexus Mitchell shot a 97 to earn 15th place. Madison Beckham’s 101 earned her 18th and Ashley White’s 103 earned her 19th. Holly Casagrand shot a 107 to finish 21st.
The Lady Tigers compete next at the district tournament on Monday.
