The Lady Tiger offense rolled for a second straight game in a 6-2 win over Mountain View Liberty. Emily Jordan led the way for Republic with three goals and three assists.
Freshman Anna Jones added two goals and assisted on another. Madison Mitchell added a goal to round out the scoring for the Lady Tigers.
Sophomore Tara Campbell, playing in goal in the absence of starter Jessica Laster, turned in a big game as well. She had three saves in 1-on-1 situations to help Republic hang onto its lead.
The Lady Tigers are 2-1. They’ve scored 12 goals in their last two games. They play again Thursday at Glendale.
