Update #2: Monday’s games are postponed. District semifinals are now scheduled for Tuesday, and the district championship game will be played Tuesday, as well. Republic plays Neosho at Carthage in the semifinal at 5 pm. If they win, they’ll play in the championship game at 7 pm. I’m tentatively planning to broadcast both games.
Update: More ran means the district semifinals have been pushed back again. The tentative schedule is to play the semifinals on Monday (Republic vs. Neosho at 5 pm), and the championship game on Tuesday at 6 pm. If Monday is rained out, the semifinals and finals will both be played on Tuesday.
Republic’s district softball semifinal game against Neosho, scheduled for Thursday night at Carthage, was rained out. The game has been pushed back to Friday at 5 p.m., weather permitting.
Because of the previously scheduled football broadcast Friday night from Neosho, Republic Tiger Sports will not broadcast the district semifinal Friday. I’ll make an announcement about broadcast of the championship game, if Republic advances, when we know the time and date.
