Republic’s boys golf team took third place at the Cassville Invitational Thursday. Junior Dylan Bekemeier led the way for the Tigers with a score of 80. That was good for 5th place individually.
Aurora won the tournament with a 319 total score, far outpacing the rest of the field. Neosho finished 19 strokes back at 338, in 2nd place. Republic was just one stroke behind Neosho, with a total of 339.
