Two Tigers Earn All-State Football Honors

Two Republic Tigers are members of the Class 4 All-State football team. Gus Carter was named to the 2nd Team on the offensive line. Garrett Metscher was named to the 3rd team as a linebacker.

For Carter, it’s the second year in a row that he’s earned all-state honors. He was on the 2nd Team last year, as well.

The All-State Team is selected by the Missouri Football Coaches Association.
