The Republic Lady Tigers (14-5) are the #3 seed in the Class 4 District 12 softball tournament in Joplin. Republic opens against #6 seed Neosho (4-16). Their opening-round game is scheduled for October 4th.
McDonald County (16-2) and Webb City (16-4) are the top two seeds. Carthage (11-9) is number four. Joplin is number five.
Carthage (11-9) will meet Joplin (10-15) in the other opening-round game. The winner of that game will meet top-seeded McDonald County in the semifinals. If Republic beats Neosho, they play Webb City in the semifinals.
