Another tournament, another win for the Republic golf team. Republic outplayed 11 other teams at Honey Creek in Aurora, taking first place by six strokes.
The Tigers shot a 321. Monett finished 2nd with a 327, and Carl Junction was 3rd, with a team score of 335.
Pierce Pittman was the leading scorer for the Tigers, with a 78. That was good enough to place 6th overall. Dylan Bekemeier was right behind him in 7th, with a 79. Beau Allen was 8th, with a score of 80. Nick Yocum shot an 84, and Jake Fletcher shot an 89 for Republic.
