The Republic volleyball team climbed one spot this week in the Class 3 state rankings, to #4. The Lady Tigers are 20-6-2, and they’re coming off a second-place finish at the Ozark Tournament over the weekend. They play at Nixa tonight.
Kansas City O’Hara (20-6-1) is ranked first, followed by DeSoto (30-1) and St. Francis Borgia (22-7-2). Republic and Holden (22-4-4) round out the top five.
The bottom half of the top ten consists of Cape Girardeau Notre Dame (27-4), Villa Duchesne (25-6-2), Westminster Christian Academy (21-8-3), Platte County (16-3-3) and Kansas City St. Pius X (23-5-1).
Perryville is the only team to drop out of the top ten this week.
